Farm Nation cares about your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Farm Nation runs this website at farmnation.co.uk. If you have any questions about your information, email us athello@farmnation.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join our founding farmer list, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your county (this one is optional)
- Whether you are a farmer, a buyer, or a supporter
We only collect what you type into the form. We do not use tracking cookies, and we never sell your details.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one thing: to email you about Farm Nation, like when we open and how to take part. That is all.
Our legal basis
We hold your details based on your consent. You give it when you tick the box and join the list. You can take that consent back at any time.
Where your details are kept
Your details are stored safely using Cloudflare, our hosting provider, on secure servers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until Farm Nation no longer needs them. You can ask us to delete your details whenever you like.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask to see the details we hold about you
- Ask us to fix anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your details
- Tell us to stop emailing you
To do any of these, emailhello@farmnation.co.ukand we will sort it. If you are ever unhappy with how we handle your details, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK body that looks after data rights.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
